Output Indicator: Country has demonstrably improved their health information system by applying a WHO intervention, tool, or standard from the SCORE for Health Data technical package

Develop a Roadmap for the Essential Public Health Functions (EPHFs) Framework, including the management of health risks and emergencies at the national and territorial levels. 2026-27: Finalize the EPHFs assessment report. Develop the accompanying implementation plan for the EPHFs framework.
