Update the territorial analysis (demography, risks, flows, gaps, accessibility) for the 4 prioritized networks. 2026-28: Maternal Care quality: Eastablish or update the Quality Committees by network, with representation in PHC and hospitals

Output 3.2.1 WHO provides technical guidance and operational support to countries to optimize and expand their health and care workforce
Product/Service: Strengthen interprofessional teams: 2026: In-service training for Family and Community Medicine, obstetrics, nursing, midwifery professionals in 4 territorial cohorts. 2027: Training in Family and Community Health, supporting the implementation of Residencies in Family and Community Medicine, and consolidating the new Care Model. Develop and implement the National Certification Program in Obstetric Emergencies. 2028: Second cohort of the Family and Community Medicine Residency Program.
