Product/Service: Reorganize and consolidate the Integrated Health Service Networks (IHSN) with response capacity for priority interventions using a life-course approach in prioritized territories: 2026: Conduct network maturity analysis using PAHO tools; support interoperability processes between the Health Information System and SIP Plus. 2027: Continue network maturity assessments using PAHO tools; strengthen first-level care by incorporating telemedicine and other digital health solutions. 2028: Maturity analysis of Integrated Health Service Networks, applying PAHO tools and prioritizing the reorganization of micro-networks to improve referral and counter-referral flows using the new IHSN framework.
