Strengthen stewardship, governance and organization of Integrated Health Service Delivery Networks (RISS) to support a resilient health system able to respond to shocks and emergencies: 1) Formalize the Alliance for Primary Health Care and Universal Health in Honduras (2026). 2) Disseminate the results of the Essential Public Health Functions (EPHF) assessment and develop the implementation plan (2026). 3) Support the development of the National Health Plan, National Health Policy, National Health Model and the PHC-based RISS Strategy (2026). 4) Develop the implementation plan for national health strategies based on the EPHF and the PHC Alliance (2027). 5) Mobilize resources and co-financed projects aligned with the UHC-P, within the framework of the PHC Alliance (2027). 6) Monitor and follow up implementation of national strategies based on primary health care (PHC) (2028). 7) Systematize experiences related to stewardship and governance based on PHC (2028).
