Promote transformation of the health system by strengthening primary health care based on the existing model of care : 1) Analyze the health situation to identify needs and priorities to inform the Essential Public Health Functions (EPHF/FESP) plan within the PHC framework. (2026) 2) Develop technical workshops for the development and validation of the EPHF/FESP plan within the PHC framework and the current model of care. (2026) 3) Monitor implementation of the EPHF/FESP Improvement Plan. (2027) 4) Make adjustments and develop a new EPHF/FESP Improvement Plan. (2028)

Strengthen project management, monitoring and evaluation, and communications/visibility for the UHC-P initiative: 1) Produce joint monitoring and evaluation reports; conduct monitoring visits to track progress; and implement communication/visibility actions (e.g., videos, bulletins, photos, multimedia materials and social media campaigns), ensuring recognition of the donor and dissemination of results to internal and external strategic partners. (2026-2028) Conduct a joint monitoring visit with members of the Alliance; and prepare/update visibility materials and related documentation to highlight implementation progress and donor contribution. (2026-2028) Hold meetings/seminars to share progress with counterparts and key actors; and publish reports and visibility products (including videos) that consolidate results and lessons learned.
