Community health workers were exposed to several health management topics, including healthy lifestyle counselling, substance use and abuse, diabetes foot and eyecare, and hypertension measurement and management within the community setting. To facilitate HEARTS's implementation and national institutionalization, ongoing training continues for primary care providers. |
