ColdTrace Transport extends Nexleaf’s remote temperature monitoring capabilities into the vaccine distribution segment, providing real-time visibility during transport. The system consists of a compact Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) sensor placed inside vaccine carriers, which transmits data to a smartphone application. This enables continuous temperature logging at up to 1-minute intervals, immediate alerts for temperature excursions, and GPS-tagged trip summaries. The sensor is accurate to ±0.5°C and operates on a long-life lithium battery designed to last up to 5 years under typical usage. The mobile app allows users to view historical reports, manage device configurations, and integrates seamlessly with the ColdTrace Analytics platform for centralized oversight. Designed for ease of use, durability, and scalability, ColdTrace Transport supports ministries in optimizing vaccine handling, route planning, and transport equipment performance closing a critical visibility gap in the last mile of immunization efforts.
