The Portal is intended for the use of both non-registered users and registered users (the latter shall be members of any UN agency, government, non-governmental organization or other entities having an active role in one or more of the activities described throughout the Portal related to Emergency Preparedness, IHR and Health Security). Non-registered users are able to access and view the entirety of the publicly available data section of the Portal. Registered users, in addition to having the same level of access as the non-registered users, will also be able to view, add, modify, and delete their data, depending on the functions and the permissions of their role. Please note that once a registered user submits and publishes or modifies a published entry, the data will be uploaded onto the publicly available section of the Portal as is in the understanding that neither WHO nor the Portal Administrators will verify the content uploaded by registered users onto the Portal.
Registered users will be asked to provide a WHO Azure password. They are responsible for not disclosing the password to any third party and for safeguarding it. They are also responsible for any actions or activities that result from their account. If they have reason to believe that their password or account may have been compromised, they are responsible for changing the password immediately and for notifying the Portal Administrators.
