These measures are in compliance with the World Health Organization (WHO) Cybersecurity Risk Assessments and security guidelines, and the SPH Portal is supported by WHO HQ IT to maintain robust security standards.

    Information provided and uploaded on the SPH Portal will be available to other registered users and the SPH Portal administration. As a contributor, you are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your contributions. Therefore, it is essential to ensure that any material and information you post do not violate or infringe upon the copyright, patent, trademark, or any other personal or proprietary rights of any party. Prior to posting content subject to such rights, you must obtain all necessary permissions from the owner.

    It is crucial to respect copyright and intellectual property rights. Users are encouraged to obtain permissions before posting any content that may be subject to such rights. WHO, as the administrator of the SPH Portal, does not guarantee the accuracy of information posted by users. Additionally, WHO shall not be liable for any negative consequences arising from the use of the SPH Portal’s contents.
