To test preparedness and response capacities and functionality of the EVD technical working groups at the National and sub national levels._x000D_ ii. To test the coordination linkages and synergies between the different technical working groups (TWGs)_x000D_ iii. To validate the existing response mechanisms and identify areas within the preparedness plans and standard operating procedures that may require revision and strengthening. _x000D_
