The immediate objective of the project is to increase the capacity of Palestinian institutions (official and civil society) in the fields of health systems management and environmental management. To reach this objective leading Palestinian  officials from PA institutions and NGOs will attend a training programme conducted by the Galilee College in Israel.
The Austrian Development Cooperation is funding the training programme through this project.
 
A long term objective of the project is to support Israeli-Palestinian cooperation and dialogue even under the current most adverse conditions.
