To prevent and control zoonoses under One Health approach through the organisation of meetings and workshops and field work on animal influenza, rabies and other zoonoses as well as on antimicrobial resistance. To prevent and control Transboundary Animal diseases (TADs) and support to improve animal health situation in the Asia-Pacific region by supporting the coordination, networking and field activities for controlling TADs and addressing other threats in both terrestrial and aquatic animals in East Asia and other selected countries as well as the implementation of regional trainings, workshops and seminars for strengthening prevention and control of TADs as well as for improving national policies such as on veterinary medical products and food safety.
