·        Strengthen national capacity for evidence-informed RCCE-IM operational planning and interventions. Harmonise the collection, analysis, dissemination, and utilisation of community feedback and socio-behavioural data through means such as social listening, infodemic insights, community feedback mechanisms, qualitative and quantitative studies, and engagement activities. Integrate socio-behavioural insights into preparedness and response decision-making and intervention design.
