1. Conduct meeting with DOA and ARC-OVR, NDOH and NICD and academia to develop an Plan/ Strategy for sharing reports and drafting publications in journals (e.g. use NICD bulletin). Need to get academic institutions and students involved. Intra-and after- action reviews aren't be published, but we can draw info from there and publish reviews.
