Improve the accessibility of integrated health care services and address risk factors of high-burden diseases at community level and support addressing the transmission of emerging communicable diseases, zoonotic diseases, AMR, and climate-sensitive diseases through an integrated cross-sectoral approach for disease surveillance, preparedness, and response at local government and community levels.
