Today, I stand before you to address an issue of utmost importance: the National Action Plan for Health Security (NAPHS) and our unwavering commitment to its implementation. The impact of war on our nation has been devastating, leading to unimaginable losses in terms of lives and the health system. Despite these challenges, we remain resolute in our commitment to the NAPHS. We recognize that the strengthening of our national capacities in health emergency prevention, preparedness, response, and recovery cannot wait for more peaceful times. It is a pressing need that must be addressed urgently.”
