Strengthen State Emergency Operations Capacity by establishing Public Health Emergency Operations Centres (PHEOC) in priority states to improve coordination and response to public health emergencies . This includes the following prioirity states- Zamfara, FCT, Bayelsa, Ebonyi, Cross River, Enugu, Nasarawa, Ondo- completed and Kogi, Edo, Kebbi and Lagos states are pending completion.
