Consortium Medical Care (CMC) is Implementing a CDC-PEPFAR funded HIV/AIDS program in Western Bar El Ghazal and Lakes State.The main activities includes 1.Carrying out HIV/AIDS Back to care campaign. 2.HIV/AIDS testing including index family testing and Counseling services.3.Health Education for PMCT and ANC services.4.Community Drug Refill. 5.Capacity building for Community HIV/AIDS Service Network.Client tracing and Retention on ART.

Consortium Medical Care-(CMC) is working with ICAP Columbia University to improve active HIV case finding and client retention in 7 ICAP supported sites within South Sudan. This work is being carried out under Sub recipient grant awarded to CMC by ICAP in a project, ‘Programmatic Support Award (PSA) South Sudan COP” CMC works within the community with Community Volunteers in Villages and also at different Health facilities. The organization is operating in Rumbek, Wau, Yirol East and West and Mapourdit Health facilities.
