Scope: Purpose of the table top exercise was to review procedures for the management of food borne disease outbreak during the Nomad Games. The exercise specifically examined the complexities and challenges that are presented in hosting of mass gathering events and generated discussions and common vision on how existing intersectoral plan of actions to ensure public health protection for mass gatherings must be adapted in order to ensure a timely and appropriate decision-making in relation to the public health management of an outbreak in the context of the Nomad Games. _x000D_

Specific Objectives_x000D_
• To review outbreak detection, investigation and management procedures for the Games _x000D_
• To review existing procedures for information management, coordination and the development of key information products, including ministerial briefing, risk assessment, IHR notification_x000D_
• To review needs for coordination with the Local organizing committee, Red Crescent _x000D_
• To review needs for risk communication during the Nomad Games._x000D_

The exercise was conducted in Issy-Kul oblast which is to host the upcoming 3rd Nomad Games and included participants from both local and national level from Ministry of Health, Ministry of Emergency Situations, Local Government, Organizing Committee, Ministry of and the Red Crescent Society. _x000D_
