To identify gaps and areas for improvement in handling the detection, alert and response to a public health event of chemical origin in Ghana in the context of the IHR (2005)._x000D_
Specific objectives_x000D_
• Objective 1: To exercise the alert and response capabilities of public health authorities and partners for a chemical event_x000D_
• Objective 2: To review existing plans and guidelines for a chemical event response and examine practical applications_x000D_
• Objective 3: To review the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders from diverse sectors at various levels of authority (national, regional and district)_x000D_
• Objective 4: To identify strengths and areas needing improvement and identify areas for collaboration and alignment between partners
