Around 45 multi-sectoral participants attended the 5-day “Workshop to review and cost the National Action Plan for Health Security (NAPHS), Zanzibar”, which took place in the United Republic of Tanzania – Zanzibar, between 18-22 June 2018.

The Minister of Health of Zanzibar highlighted the commitment of the government to NAPHS area, as well as their willingness to strengthening its overall preparedness, detection and response capacities to health emergencies.
