·        Conduct a self-reflection with key RCCE-IM players across different sectors on lessons learned from past emergencies and the FIFA World Cup in Qatar. Use the findings to inform the development of a national multihazard, multisectoral RCCE-IM strategic action plan, aligning existing plans and ensuring the inclusion of vulnerable groups. Advocate for the allocation of dedicated resources and robust mechanisms for ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and adaptive improvements.
