The main issues discussed around sanitary-epidemiological monitoring of the quality of transboundary rivers, harmonization of methods and laboratory quality control techniques and water safety, further development of laboratory facilities , collection of water samples on the territory of the Republic of Buryatia and Mongolia, assessing the risk to public health, to further strengthen cooperation between the two countries, conducting seminars for the exchange of experiences on laboratory tests, the development of proposals for the harmonization of methods and laboratory testing techniques, statistical and health effects assessment system due to pollution transboundary water bodies.
