Support NCDC in the development of national surveillance and lab network for measles, rubella and yellow fever diagnostic testing to include: 1) build capacity of lab staff on the testing for various vaccine preventable diseases 2) develop and refine protocols for surveillance, including case investigation and classification and outbreak response for measles and yellow fever, and laboratory/ epi data harmonization 3) Outbreak investigation for measles, rubella and yellow fever
