Identify and vaccinate zero dose and under-immunized children in targeted underserved communities with a large number of zero dose children; understand behavioral and social barriers that hinder access and provision of care; support the scale up of last mile delivery of vaccines to additional targeted health facilities and improve data systems to better serve zero-dose and under-immunized children.
