Africa CDC is supporting Member States to establish National Public Health Institutes (NPHIs) to provide science based leadership and a home for coordinating IHR activities, support national accountability for the Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA), and strengthen the overall health system. To this effect, it is critical for NPHIs to have a legal framework to operationalise their mandate and provide multisectoral coordination to public health threats. Africa CDC will support Eswatini CDC Legal framework development activities, including but not limited to capacity building workshop and drafting of the Bill
