Medical Devices that are prequalified by WHO undergo a comprehensive assessment process. For each prequalified MD, two key documents are published: the WHO Public Assessment Report (WHOPAR) and the WHO Public Inspection Report (WHOPIR). These reports provide transparent information on the outcomes of the product dossier review, manufacturing site inspection, and labelling review. 

For male circumcision devices prequalified before 2025, a single combined report captures all assessment components.
