Guidance notes related to the features of the portal, processes around applications, document submissions, and many other topics will be progressively posted to this webpage.
Please note that upon submission of an application, ePQS sends emails to both the applicant and the relevant assessment team alerting them to the presence of a new applcation. Similarly, ePQS sends an email to both the applicant and relevant assessment team each time documents are uploaded against an active application. Applicants should nonetheless notify the relevant assessment team by email upon submission of an application or additional documents, to ensure the nature of the submission is clear. This is particularly true when an applicant makes multiple uploads to respond to a request for information.
