This searchable database will present concrete examples of age-friendly practices from cities and communities around the world.

You are invited to share small and concrete measures that you have implemented, and show what age-friendly means in practice.

To have your age-friendly practice included at the time of launch, please submit by Tuesday 11 August 2015.
