Meeting House of Hürxthal

Meeting House of Hürxthal

Summary

Establishing the Meeting House of Hürxthal

The administration has acquired a building in the city center and converted it into a center for citizens. This house is an open and multi-generational meeting and counseling center with a Citizen-Café. In a common room, groups and clubs can meet to exchange ideas or pursue their activities together.

The building features a community kitchen for those in need, a clothing store, and offers assistance for repairs. The association Aktiv 55 Plus also offers consulting services within.

As part of the Integrated Action Concept, a second Meeting House in the suburb of Wupperorten is currently in development.
