Summary

This is a website for older people in Bilbao. This initiative falls within our aim to assist older people in making progress in crossing the digital divide and getting involved with new technology, by working with a simple, friendly and accessible digital format that is in tune with their interests. The initiative aims to provide older people with a greater level of access to information that is relevant to them, and consistently up-to-date.

How collaboration worked: The City Council is the owner of the website and provides server space for its hosting. The City Council is responsible for the following: – The leadership of a 3D social movement – Creation of the portal. Design and management of contents (first quarter of 2014). – Development and production of 3 videos. – Maintenance and content management for one year. – Presentation and preparation for use for associations of older people.
