Submission of change requests for PQ-ed and EUL-listed IVDs

All applicants should note that all post PQ and EUL Change Request applications must now be submitted exclusively via the ePQS portal.

We encourage all applicants who are planning to submit a new Change Request to ensure that their access to the portal is fully set up in advance. If you have not yet completed your access setup or are experiencing any issues, please do not hesitate to contact diagnostics@who.int for support regarding account creation, technical difficulties, or any questions you may have about the submission process.
