Bio

Loïc Garçon has been the Programme Officer (Management) of the Technical Officer for the World Health Organization (WHO) Centre for Health Development in Kobe, Japan, since 2018. Mr Garçon holds a PGDip in Global Health Policy, an MA in Social sciences and an MBA. He was previously a Technical Officer for the World Health Organization (WHO) focusing on social and technological innovations.
