“Seniors in Ekostudio” is a local initiative carried out in the City of Opole focused on seniors and aiming to activate their community by participating in the theater workshops. A total of 160 people can participate in the initiative – 10 groups of 16 participants each. Participation is free for seniors. The workshops are held at the Ekostudio Theater and last 2 hours. During the course, participants will learn how to work on the voice, control their breath, practice diction, work with the text, and will have the opportunity to role-play. They will also learn how to control stress and stage fright.
