This episode is dedicated to Bilhete Postal (Postcard). This project promotes intergenerational connections through interactions via letter exchanges between children and older adults. Among children, it fosters emotional bonds and socio-emotional skills. Among older adults, it encourages active and participatory aging within the community, cognitive stimulation, and the promotion of well-being.
