After an open call to integrate new projects, the 2025 edition of the action plan “Porto, Age-Friendly City”—which includes 39 new initiatives involving 31 organizations, 21 of which are new—was presented during the annual partners’ meeting, held at the City Hall. The event also served as the launch for the Practical Guide for the Prevention of Accidents and Falls, a tool developed to address the challenge of healthy ageing.
