The Sharjah prevention and safety authority launched an initiative called paramedic in every organization initiative with the aim of raising the readiness of the employees in worksites and speeding emergencies response. In cooperation with the national ambulance with the participation of 80 male and female trainees for 40 government agencies in Sharjah. The authority has put in mind the importance of training functional cadres on the first aid procedures at the worksites and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The effort of the initiative main goal is to build preventive behavior and build the capacity of the employees by qualifying them to deal effectively with emergencies and crises. In addition, raising the degree of readiness of the governmental departments to act during emergency periods and reduce workplace injuries. This comes in line with the vision and objectives of the agencies represented in achieving a safe society and free from dangers.
