Online workshop: Ageism and the next EU Agenda (26 September)
A new European Parliament has been elected, which means that it is the moment to get our word in! We can make our voices heard as the policy agenda for the next 5 years is about to be established.
What practical recommendations for policies and laws, education and intergenerational initiatives can we bring forward to tackle ageism? What should age equality in Europe look like?
You are invited to an online policy workshop to draft a joint vision against ageism.
We invite civil society, volunteers, engaged citizens, community organisers, care workers, educators, and everyone who works on a better Europe for better ageing. This workshop is hosted by the EU-funded research project “FutuRes: Towards a resilient Future of Europe” along with AGE Platform Europe and Population Europe. It moreover contributes to the WHO Campaign #World4AllAges.
