On January 23, seniors taking advantage of the offer of the “Senior in Opole” Information and Education Center played a bowling tournament to celebrate the New Year as well as Grandma and Grandpa’s Day. About 55 seniors participated in the games. The game of Bowling enjoys a great popularity, seniors often visit the bowling alley before the games and train, so as to score as many points as possible during sparring. 11 teams, 5 people in each, took part in the competition. During the competition, participants voted fot the best Grandma and Grandpa. The meeting was also an opportunity to stay in touch with peers, spend time in a wide group of friends in a nice and cheerful atmosphere and to compete in fair play spirit. Senior bowling enthusiasts were very pleased and had a great time.
