Summer is the time when the “Senior in Opole” Information and Education Center organizes outdoor events. On August 18, in the Wróblin District, a picnic was held under the slogan: Healthy and fun in Wróblin. The picnic took place from 11.00 to 14.00 in the area around the village common room. During this time, all gathered seniors could take advantage of many attractions, such as participation in sports competitions, Zumba, and exercises with smovey. The musical setting was guaranteed by the reliable “Opolanie” music band, which plays and sings as part of one of the sections in Senior Center. There was singing, dancing and partying. The police also participated in the meeting. Participants could also try sweet pastries and grilled dishes. Seniors received gifts and gadgets for participating in the competitions. The meeting was an opportunity to have fun together in the open air and to integrate.
