Likewise, of the constant participation to the Organizations of senior citizens in the development of projects such like Senama Funds, President of the Republic funds, applications with Sernatur, Neighborhood activities for older adults, and participatory dialogues.

We organize, with the assistant of University of Santiago (Usach*) the “Cambalache Festival 2019”: A Science fair with an emphasis on the elderly. Similarly, we have a new provision of buses designed and adapted for the needs of the elders. which, through their clubs, can use, free of charge, twice a year.

With regard to construction works, we worked on the repair and replacement of LED-type luminaires, renovation of sidewalks, participatory paving, construction and remodeling of Squares. We build a new Gymnasium called “Healthy Commune”, that our Seniors can attend without any cost.

On security issues, we worked together with the community on the “Citizen Security Policy”, which has had as results, the acquisition and installation of the latest generation of tele-vigilance cameras, new community alarms, with the support and collaboration from the older adults and their communities.

Together with the Health Department, we have carried out different health campaigns on older adults. At the same time, we installed the “EASY HOUR” an interface that allows users and, above all, our Elderly Adults to reserve medical attention care via telephone. This measure has left behind the discomfort of going in the early morning to get a medical attention, certainly improving the quality of life of our senior citizens
