Gilroy coordinated with Santa Clara County and the Center for Age Friendly Excellence (CAFÉ) to conduct focus groups and determine unmet needs. Based on focus groups data, we intend to focus on three projects.

1) Collaborating with Sourcewise to provide on-call transportation.
2) Implementing a “high-technology” solution by purchasing an 80 inch monitor to provide entertainment and much needed collaborative partner presentations.
3) We shall utilize a new Spanish speaking staff member to provide more information to the Spanish speaking community.
