The Service Desk for Seniors, set up in May 2017, is designed to make everyday life easier for retired people and family caregivers.
This service can answer all questions related to seniors and direct them to the right contact person, whether it is the City Hall, a public or private partner. This system is also available to family caregivers and relatives who need information or specific help.

At the Service Desk for Seniors, you will find information on existing aids, devices and services (mobility, access to healthcare, access to rights, tutorship, guardianship, physical activities, associations, leisure, culture)
You will be helped in the constitution of administrative files and directed to the offer most adapted to your need and to your profile.
The Service Desk for Seniors makes it also possible to identify fragile individuals and to direct them towards a prevention device, both medically and socially.
Preventing the loss of autonomy and aging well seniors in Colomiers are municipal concerns. The Communal Center for Social Action and Health in partnership with the Gérontopole de Toulouse offers free gerontological assessments by a specialized nurse. These assessments make it possible to assess the risks of frailty and to develop with the elderly a personalized support and prevention plan in order to prevent the loss of autonomy.
