This report outlines the results of a series of surveys undertaken in Akita City, Japan to measure the progress of age-friendly initiatives within the community. Survey respondents were asked to respond to a variety of questions on a multitude of topics ranging from: kindness towards older people, employment status, civic participation, and more.
