Hakone Town Action Plan
As Hakone Town is becoming a super aged society, “Building a community where everyone cares each other’s and lives healthy” was set as a basic objective in “The Sixth Comprehensive Plan”. This object aims at supporting activities by the residents as well as providing welfare services and medical services to residents to live safe and comfortable life in the place regardless age, sex or disabilities.
“Deeper and Promotion of Community-Based Integrated Care Systems” and “Creating a community where everyone can enjoy healthy and active lives” toward the year of 2025 will be committed. By establishing “Sustainable long-term insurance system operation”, we will engage in the initiatives to establish an inclusive social community whereby the community as a whole can support the overall life needs of the older people to sustain the healthy lives as long as they can.
