The City of Wilton Manors is a proud (financial) sponsor of the Residences at Equality Park, a Wilton Manors affordable housing project that will cater to LGBTQ+ seniors.  The Residences will be located on the grounds of the Pride Center at Equality Park at 2040 N. Dixie Highway in the City of Wilton Manors.  This initial phase will have 48 units, ranging from studios to two bedrooms.  Of the 48 units, 34 will be for low-income people ages 55 and up with a disabling condition.  On-site support will be provided to treat residents’ health issues.  The Residences at Equality Park should be completed by the end of 2020 and is a critical component of the City of Wilton Manors Age-Friendly Community Action Plan.
