Respite Care Programme

The respite care programme responds to the needs of residents with disabilities who require daily support. A flat has been established at 23/1 Konopnicka Street in Stargard, where 4 people at a time will receive 24-hour skilled assistance and care for no more than 14 days.

Senior on the road – safety first

The aim of this educational and informational project was to bring awarness to drivers, cyclists and pedestrians of how to safely move in traffic, with focus on the importance using reflective lights. Participants were offered a free of charge bicycle maintenance and issued bicycle safety equipement.

Senior’s Mentoring and Volunteering Center

The idea behind the creation of the Senior’s Volunteering Center was for senior citizens to support other senior citizens, especially the ones with special needs. Members of the center take active part in events hosted by the city, including the Senior Citizen Day.
