The Seniors Strategy (2017-2021) aims for seniors to live a safe, fulfilling and enjoyable life as part of an Age-friendly Community where they are connected and are able to access valued, affordable and innovative community services, programs and infrastructure.

The Seniors Strategy contains six key elements and actions to ensure that this aim is achieved. The key elements align with the eight WHO Age-friendly Communities domains and are listed in priority order of importance for seniors.
