This guide was developed drawing on the experience of 15 pilot municipalities participating in the Age-friendly Basque Country Initiative.

It provides guidance on how to develop an age-friendly project, covering:

• Design of focus groups
• Citizen forums and interviews
• Age-Friendly questionnaire
• Design of Action Plan
• Design of Evaluation groups, interviews and questionnaire.
