Waterloo recognizes a senior of the year

Summary

The Ontario Senior of the Year Award gives each municipality in Ontario the opportunity to honour one local senior who has made outstanding contributions to their community after the age of 65 years old. The City of Waterloo and its age-friendly multi-agency committee have been selecting and presenting this award to an outstanding senior community member once each year during seniors month since 2013.
